TUITION ASSISTANCE

Suburban Propane encourages and supports employees to further their education and to acquire additional knowledge and skills to prepare themselves for expanded opportunities and responsibilities within the Company. Through Suburban Propane's Tuition Assistance Program, we provide full or partial payment/reimbursement of eligible tuition expenses associated with pre-approved courses at an approved and accredited university. Employees can strive to achieve an Associate's, Bachelor's, and even a Master's degree with Suburban's Propane’s assistance!

Suburban Propane has also partnered with the University of Phoenix to offer our employees some special educational benefits and access to an innovative way to learn. Our employees receive reduced tuition rates and the opportunity to defer payment until the course is completed.

TRAINING & DEVELOPMENT

Suburban Propane has contracted with several external online training vendors to offer employees company-paid computer based learning that covers a variety of topics and approaches - from instructor led courses to courses you work on independently. There are a wide range of training topics including Management and Leadership, Principles of Accounting, Microsoft Office products, and even learning Spanish are all offered.
