Full-time Employment Benefits
In addition to your salary, you receive a comprehensive benefits package that provides financial protection for you and your family and offers opportunities for long-term growth and investment.

Full-time employees earn vacation time that increases each year up to 20 days/160 hours (pro-rated in the first calendar year depending on hire date), with the ability to carryover up to 3 days/24 hours of unused vacation to be used by September of the following calendar year.
In addition to vacation time, full-time employees are provided up to 10 days/80 hours per year that can be used as either paid personal or sick pool time (typically pro-rated up to 72 hours in the first year), or more if required by state/local law.
Part-time Employment Benefits

Part-time employees earn vacation time that increases each year up to 20 days/160 hours, (based on standard weekly hours and pro-rated in the first calendar year depending on hire date), with the ability to carryover up to 3 days/24 hours of unused vacation to be used by September of the following calendar year.
In the first calendar year, part-time employees earn 1 hour of paid sick and personal pool time for every 30 hours they work (up to 58 hours per year). In the second calendar year and each subsequent year, employees will receive 5 days (based on standard weekly hours) on 01/01 and will earn 1 hour additional for every 30 hours worked up to 58 hours per year; or more if required by state/local law.
Seasonal Employment Benefits
In addition to your salary, you receive a monthly stipend up to $1,000 and are eligible for the following benefits:

Temporary employees earn 1 hour of paid personal and sick pool time for every 30 hours they work (up to 58 hours per year), or more if required by state/local law.
Temporary full-time employees are eligible for Company Holiday pay upon completion of 3 consecutive months of service or 500 consecutive hours (Only those holidays that fall after this requirement is satisfied will be paid). Typically, six scheduled holidays per year are observed.
