Qualifications:

Required Experience:

  • 3–5 years of experience supporting Azure and/or Microsoft 365 environments.
  • Hands?on experience with Azure core services and cloud fundamentals.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Azure Administrator or equivalent experience.
  • Familiarity with Infrastructure?as?Code concepts.
  • Exposure to cloud security and governance fundamentals.

 

$89,328 - $111,660 per year (dependent on experience)

Overview:

Azure Platform Execution

  • Build, configure, and support Azure resources including virtual machines, networking, storage, and identity services.
  • Assist in standing up new Azure environments using standardized templates, scripts, or Infrastructure?as?Code artifacts.
  • Monitor platform health, availability, and usage, and support issue resolution.

Microsoft 365 Administration

  • Administer Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, Teams, OneDrive, and Entra ID.
  • Support SharePoint Online site provisioning and configuration as part of broader business enablement efforts.
  • Assist with permissions, lifecycle management, and platform support activities.

Azure Advisory & Technical Guidance (Scoped)

  • Provide recommendations on Azure service selection, configuration, and deployment patterns based on Microsoft best practices.
  • Review planned or existing Azure implementations and identify potential performance, security, cost, or operational risks.
  • Advise IT leadership on optimization opportunities, standardization needs, and technical improvements within Azure.
  • Escalate architectural concerns, limitations, or platform risks for leadership awareness and decision?making.
  • Stay current on Azure capabilities and emerging features and recommend incremental enhancements aligned with established direction.

Operational Collaboration

  • Work closely with infrastructure, security, and service management teams to ensure reliable and secure operations.
  • Support documentation of configurations, standards, and operational procedures.
  • Assist with cloud?related troubleshooting and user enablement as needed.
