As a Financial/Operations Analyst you will support the Financial Planning & Analysis department by developing accurate financial reports, business analyses, and executive-ready presentations that help leadership evaluate performance and make informed business decisions. This role applies financial concepts, reporting processes, and analytical judgment to assess the impact of operational and strategic initiatives across the Company. The position partners with stakeholders across departments, maintains key reporting tools and processes, and communicates complex information clearly, concisely, and professionally to all levels of management
Responsibilities
- Prepare and distribute accurate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly operational and financial reports for internal stakeholders and leadership teams.
- Develop recurring and ad hoc financial, operational, and business analyses to identify trends, explain variances, and support management decision-making.
- Maintain monthly Hyperion reporting processes, including data validation, system updates, and coordination of reporting requirements.
- Support Oracle Fusion reporting and analysis activities, including data review, report validation, issue research, and coordination with business partners to ensure accurate financial and operational information.
- Assist with annual budgeting, forecasting, and planning activities by preparing schedules, analyzing inputs, and supporting the Director of Operational Analysis throughout the process.
- Partner with department administrators and cross-functional teams to support yearly special terms programs and other recurring operational initiatives.
- Define business requirements, perform user testing, and validate new or revised reports, dashboards, and process changes for the Financial Planning & Analysis department. Incorporate the use of AI tools.
- Prepare quarterly financial PowerPoint presentations and board-level materials that clearly communicate financial results, key drivers, and business insights.
- Complete special projects and analytical assignments that support operational performance, process improvement, and business priorities across the Company.

$74,000 - $85,000 annually (dependent on experience)
Qualifications
- BS in Finance or Accounting required
- 3 years’ work experience in a business operations environment preferred
- Proficient PC skills utilizing Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Copilot and Microsoft Teams
- Strong analytic and communication skills
- Knowledge of Oracle. Hyperion Smartview, Essbase and SAP preferred
